== Boundary Conditions ==
Boundary inclusions encompass all greenhouse gas emissions generated during the chemical synthesis of active pesticide ingredients, formulation into final products, packaging, and associated energy consumption within manufacturing facilities. Boundary exclusions include emissions from pesticide application in the field, pesticide degradation in the environment, and indirect emissions related to raw material extraction or transportation outside the manufacturing facility. Emissions from agricultural land-use changes or other farming activities unrelated to pesticide production are also excluded.
